Vision study 2016

In 2016, Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health in collaboration with Sankara Eye Hospital based in Bangalore, India, conducted a pilot study to compare the accuracy and ease of use of several lightweight, mobile eyesight assessment devices. The aim of the study was to select a low-cost handheld autorefractor that can be used in household surveys to test the visual acuity of the older people in India.
